Low Carb Easy Pumpkin Cheese cake


1 can real pumpkin (15 oz)
1 8 oz pkg reduced fat cream cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup carbquick (or bisquick)
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
in a medium bowl, blend all ingredients together for 2 minutes
pour into 9in greased pie plate
bake about 45 minutes
cool for an hour
